That's why, we have reduced product packaging to its bare minimum. To ensure the safety and hygienic integrity of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final. 

  

Damages and issues
Pardon My French and Co does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products. If any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and send us a photo of the defective item at Support@pmfandco.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to send us the defective item.
